Job Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage projects as assigned including the development and management of project plans, overall program delivery, managing all project relationships, providing updates, escalating issues/concerns, and providing feedback to team members as appropriate
- Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, project meetings) and written (presentations, requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
- Lead requirements gathering and refinement with various stakeholders and develop clear and measurable deliverables for project teams
- Perform current state analyses including process documents, workflows, and value stream analyses to develop recommendations for transformation/improvement
- Assemble/manage documentation (data analyses, requirements, process flows, timelines, presentations/scorecards, etc.) to be used to discuss project implementation with various levels of the organization
- Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams to ensure project delivery
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness and promote continuous improvement
- Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during project delivery, including but not limited to facilitating issue resolution, risk mitigation, and performing ad-hoc data analyses
- Develop well-organized and informative presentations and reporting for leadership
- Act as liaison to other departments for project engagement
- Perform all other duties or special projects as assigned
