Responsibilities:
- Professionally resolve employee/consumer requests via email, chat, phone, or Zendesk.
- Efficiently gather information and disseminate it to Customer Support or other departments.
- Develop and implement training processes to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and propose actionable solutions.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of product functionality and key selling points to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Conduct thorough research on competitor companies to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate and strategize with the sales and engineering teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers, staff, and consumers to showcase product features and benefits.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
